Conference producers specialize in business research and project management. They are responsible for conducting desktop and telephone research, developing conference agenda, selecting and recruiting speakers, copy writing, managing onsite activities and coordinating with other internal departments.

- Two year conference sale or development experience
- BA or BS degree, knowledge of manufacturing/logistics/finance a plus
- Powerful written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese
- Strong time management skills – able to work under pressure to deadlines
- High degree of interest and alertness in current business issues and industry trends
- Project management skills
You are responsible for selling big sponsorship packages (e.g. cocktail sponsorship, presenting sponsorship) to the companies that want to be the investors (sponsors) at specific Eurasia events (seminar, commercial conference, summit or congress). The working language is English.

Your work is conducted in pure B2B dynamics and should have excellent business sense to identify event potential investors (sponsors) project by project. To drive sponsorship revenue for every Eurasia event you are in charge, you must sell the premier business opportunities to senior level decision makers (CXO, Partner, Solution Head and Regional Marketing head) from Asia Pacific different regions or even global headquarters. Besides, you will closely work with Eurasia production, operation and sales & marketing department and attend specific events to meet potential clients to solicit new business. We are looking for the candidates that are young, ambitious, aggressive, passion and confident.

- Excellent commercial English, CET-6 / TEM4 or above
- Keen business sense and quick learning
- One or two years’ senior sales working experience would be preferred
- Oversea study or working background would be preferred
- Work with high degree of intensity and follow through
- Good at PPt, Word, Excel and other office tools
- College/Bachelor/Master degree
