Are event materials included in the delegate price?
Yes, when you have registered for a Eurasia event you are automatically entitled to receive the conference and training materials.

How do I get to the hotel?
Eurasia will email joining details two weeks before the event. Our venue details are included. If you are still not sure, please contact our office.

When will I receive my event materials?
Your documentation book will be distributed on the first morning of the event. You are also kindly suggested to fill in the evaluation forms of our events to exchange CD-ROMs containing soft copies of conference & training materials in the end of our events.

How shall I get to know a particular event delegate at the venue?
There is a delegate list available in the documentation package. Please speak to our staff, we will help introduce you to the particular delegate.

When should I pay for the event?
Following completion and return of the registration form, full payment is required within 5 days from receipt of invoice. PLEASE NOTE: payment must be received prior to the event date.

How should I pay for the event?
You can pay for the event by Credit Card and Bank Telegraphic Transfer.

Are the meals included?
Yes, all refreshments and event lunches have been carefully selected to offer you the best in banqueting. Check the event agenda for times.

What about hotel accommodation?
The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. To take advantage of our corporate accommodation rate, please quote you are attending a Eurasia event when making your reservation.

Is there any notice and confirmation right before the event?
Yes, Eurasia will notify you with two emails two weeks before the event, with joining details and final agenda of the event attached.

Will I get the opportunities to join the panel discussion at the event?
Absolutely, please speak to our staff at the event and we will arrange a proper insertion of your position

Substitution and cancellation:
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, your registration can be credited to a future event. If for reasons beyond your control you are not able to attend (more than 45 days before the event and there is no alternative Eurasia event you wish to attend), we will refund the fee. Please confirm your cancellation in writing. Cancellations made within 45 days will result in loss of half the fee.

Cancellation within 30 days of the course will result in loss of the full fee. Failure to attend a course with no prior notice will also result in loss of the fee.Occasionally it is necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the contents and timing of the program or the identity of the speakers. If an event has to be cancelled at the last moment for reasons outside the control of Eurasia, we will refund your fee in total, but cannot be held liable for any other expenses incurred by participants or their companies due to the cancellation.

How do I comment on the event I attend?
There is an evaluation form in the documentation package. Please write your comment on it. Meanwhile, our customer service executive will attend you one week after the event. Your comment is highly appreciated.

What should I wear?
The dress code at the event is business smart (suit/tie usual, but not compulsory).
